OMCZ expects ERB to maintain or reduce fuel prices

Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia says it expects Energy Regulation Board (ERB) to either maintain or reduce fuel prices by 1 to 2 percent in tomorrow’s monthly review.

Speaking in an interview, association president Dr. Kafula Mubanga has attributed the projection to a drop in crude oil prices on the international market.

Dr. Mubanga states that a reduction in prices of petroleum products will have a direct impact on the business community who are highly dependent on fuel.

Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is today expected to announce new fuel pump prices for the month of July.
