University of Zambia Historian Euston Chiputa has charged that the opposition Patriotic Front could be scared to produce money to fund its Extraordinary General Conference because of the pursuance of those who are perceived to have pocketed state funds by law enforcement agencies.
Dr. Chiputa says people with money both outside and inside the party are scared to contribute money for the conference.
He says one would expect the Patriotic Front having in power for 10-years should be able to rise above their differences and be able to find money and go for a convention to elect party officials especially the party president.
And Dr. Chiputa has told QTV news that there is so much confusion going on in the largest opposition party which he says needs to be addressed by PF leaders to overcome their differences.
