Zambia must seriously signal stability in policy regimes- Kanyama

Economist Chibamba Kanyama says Zambia must seriously signal stability in her policy regimes to the international community in order to benefit from foreign investment.

Mr Kanyama says the policies must not be driven by any political change but must be imbedded in the national constitution making it difficult to be changed easily by anyone.

He states that this would show foreign investors that they are not dealing with individuals, but are dealing with a working system.

Mr. Kanyama has also stressed the need to promote local skilled labour which foreign investors can use to prevent them from using individuals from their countries.
