Unemployed Doctors say they will stage a peaceful protest to the Ministry of Health if names of successful candidates in the ongoing recruitment progress of health workers are not published by Friday, 24th June, 2022.
Unemployed Doctors Chairperson Dr Wallace Ndumba says they will march to the ministry of health to seek answers over the prolonged delay in publishing the list of successful candidates.
In a statement obtained by Q-News Dr. Ndumba says the psychological distress and anxiety to which applicants have been deliberately subjected to is unacceptable and overreaching.
He has since called on everyone affected with the prolonged recruitment exercise to be part of a peaceful march to the ministry of health should government not release the names by Friday this week.
Dr Ndumba has expressed concern over what he termed as the endless recruitment process of health workers characterized by inconsistent statements and numerous extensions that have delayed the publication of names of successful candidates.
