HH won’t renew ECZ boss Justice Chulu and his vice’s contracts

President Hakainde Hichilema has notified the Electoral Commission of Zambia Chairperson retired Justice Esau Chulu and his vice Emily Sikazwe that their contracts will not be renewed as they expire.

President Hichilema has made this decision in exercise of the power vested in him under Section 4 (3) of the Electoral Commission of Zambia Act no.5 of 2019.

President Hichilema has since thanked the duo for their years of service to the nation and wished them well in their future endeavours.
