Opposition Economic Front party says the recent released report by the central statistics office that the monthly inflation rates has reduced from 11.5 percent to 10.2 percent is not something to celebrate about as the cost of living is still high in the country.

Speaking in an interview, economic front party information and media chairperson Fewdays Nsensema says the upnd should concentrate on addressing the cost of living rather than cooking up inflation figures.

He adds that the upnd must realize that in this economy, there is no enough money on the circulation thus killing the private sector and generally making the economy to contract.

Mr. Nsensema further disclosed that what is happening in the country is that there is no liquidity in the economy and the citizens cannot afford to buy essential commodities and not that prices of goods are going down.
