Govt’s intentions to open up trade links with Angola commended

The Zambian Diaspora Foundation is urging the new dawn administration to fast track interaction with their Angolan counterparts with regards the implementation of the SADC protocol on Regional trade and Investment to make it easier for the private sector to easily trade with each other.

Foundation Executive Director, Dean Mulozi says the Foundation is impressed with UPND administration’s intentions to open up trade links with Angola.

Mr. Mulozi has since urged politicians to limit their squabbles and focus their efforts to rebuilding the economy.

He says any negative statements from politicians have the potential to discourage foreign direct investment into the country.
