Ministry of tourism has dismissed a video circulating on social media suggesting that one of the stray lions in Kafue has been killed.
Speaking in a telephone interview with Q-news, Ministry of tourism public relations officer, Sakabilo Kalembwe says wildlife and ZAF officers are still on the ground looking for the stray lions.
Mr. Kalembwe has since advised residents of Kafue to remain cautious and treat the video circulating on social media as fake.
He says enough manpower has been deployed on the ground to ensure the lions are found as soon as possible.
