Opposition Green Party of Zambia leader, peter sinkamba has advised the ministry of mines and minerals development to handover the slug dump popularly known as the black mountain to the Zambia national service.
Mr. sinkamba is convinced that this will bring sanity at the black mountain unlike the current situation which he describes as dangerous.
Mr. sinkamba has observed that there is lawlessness taking place at the site.
Early this month police fought running battles with scavengers after they were denied entry into the black mountain which resulted in some youths blocking the Kitwe Ndola road with stones and tyres in protest.
