Ministry of Education Permanent Secretary in-charge of Technical Services, Joel Kamoko is hopeful that all the 30,000 teachers who are earmarked to be recruited by government this year will report for work in term two.

Mr. Kamoko says all the 30, 000 teachers once employed will be put on the payroll.

And Mr. Kamoko has cautioned those applying as teachers to be weary of some unscrupulous people masquerading as officers from the Teaching Service Commission.

He is urging the public especially the applicant teachers not to submit their applications or documents or even pay any individual in connection with the recruitment.

Mr. Kamoko tells Q-New that the ministry will soon announce a system of application that will include going through the post office and that only applications that will pass through the post offices and submitted to the respective District Commissioners will be considered.
