British high commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Woolley has advised the new dawn administration to be consultative, open and inclusive in the constitutional reform process.

Mr Woolley tells q-news that the UPND was elected on a very clear platform to take forward a number of reforms which include constitutional reforms.

He notes that the issue of constitutional reforms is clearly stated in the UPND party manifesto.

Mr Wolley has however, stressed the need for the upnd to engage and involve all stakeholders and citizens especially with regards what they would want to see included, removed or corrected in the current republican constitution.

The British high commissioner is hopeful that the constitutional reform process will soon be embarked on by the new dawn administration.
