President Hakainde Hichilema says his new dawn administration is working extremely hard and in a manner that is versatile to change the prevailing economic situation in the country.
Speaking in Kafue today when he graced the pass out parade of police officers at the Geoffrey Mukuma Paramilitary Training facility popularly known as Sondela, president Hichilema says it does not matter anymore were the country is coming from but that what matter is where the new dawn administration is taking the country.
He says his administration has a plan and that in the last four months it has been laying the foundation stone towards actualizing the plan.
President Hichilema says January 2022 will mark the commencement of the implementation of the 2022 national budget which is the new dawn administration’s first planning instrument.
And president Hichilema has implored the police officers who have passed-out to be professional as they maintain law and order.
He says what has happened in the past were the public lost confidence in police officers was as a result of a number of factors including the lack of professionalism on the party of the police.
