Political scientist Dr. Alex Ng’oma has advised the Patriotic Front to conduct an introspection that will lead to the election of a competent member as party president.
Speaking in an interview with Q-news, Dr. Ng’oma says for the PF party to bounce back to power, there is need for them to elect a new party president who is an outsider because the Zambian people have lost trust in all old known members that were in leadership positions in the previous regime.
He warns that electing any known PF member as president will lead to the destruction of the party as the Zambian people have lost trust in them.
Dr N’goms states that the change of leadership should be part of the PF’s proposed rebranding in order for them to regain the confidence of the Zambian people.
