Police in Mansa have arrested and detained a 34-year old Pastor of a Pentecostal Church of Chief Chimese’s area in Mansa District for defiling an Eight year old female Juvenile.
Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga who has identified the suspect as Kalenga Bwalya says the incident is alleged to have occurred on 24th November, 2021 at unknown time.
Mr. Hamoonga says the matter was reported to the police by the mother of the juvenile.
