ZRA urged to clarify on transiting vehicles

Financial expert Brian Chanda says there is need for clarification with regards the recent circular by the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) to the effect that vehicles transiting through Zambia by road will be required to be transported using a carrier specifically designed to carry such vehicles effective January 2022.

Mr Chanda has advised the new dawn government to ensure that as they are creating new modes of safety, jobs are secured.

Mr. Chanda tells QTV news that there is need for communication to continue on this issue as this involves a change in policy.
