Continental Leadership Research Institute (CLRI) has stressed the need for increased Police presence and traffic patrols around Lusaka and other parts of the country owing to the increasing crime rate.
CLRI Executive Director Paul Hakoola says the lawlessness that has been on the roads is raising concern among citizens.
Mr. Hakoola tells QTV news that the minister of home affairs and internal security should revisit the decision ban police check points.
He states that the crime rate is slowly increasing and should be looked at as a matter of agency if the citizens are to be safe on the roads.
