Governance and financial expert Brian Chanda says there is need to advocate for more decentralization policy especially looking at the extent of some feeder roads in some urban areas and hunger, it should be something commended that development is taken to such places.
Mr. Chanda tells QTV news that the more there are more agriculture sectors in these places, the more productivity the country will have that will contribute to the GDP as if all the ten provinces can contribute to the GDP then this country will be a force to reckon with.
He mentions that the mining and agriculture sectors have potential to create employment for the people in rural areas and this can only happen if roads are built for these people without segregation only then will this country see meaningful development.
He charges that there is need to have more feeder roads in all rural areas because some provinces have not had any since 2016 and this should be done with the essence of going to create an agro sector and not doing it for the sake of it.
