Mr. Mulemwa Has Expressed Concern Over The Current Happenings Where Named Politicians Are Detained For A Longer Period Of Time Without And Denied Police Bond Contrary To What The Law Stipulates And What The New Dawn Government Aspires For As Part Of Its Human Rights Advocacy.
Mr. Mulemwa Tells Q News In An Interview That Where It Is Evident That One Is A Law Breaker And Quilt Of An Offense Such A One Must Be Arrested And The Law Must Take Its Cost, However Police Must Not Arrest People Alleged To Have Committed Crimes With First Conducting And Concluding Investigations.
