Government has called upon to ensure there is transparency in the recruitment process of teachers and health personnel next year.
Governance plans to recruit a record 30, 000 teachers and 11, 200 health personnel in 2022.
Youth Advocate Ellington Chipoka says government should guard against corruption in the recruitment process as was the case in the previous regime were employment in the education sector was characterized with corruption.
He has also advised those intending to apply for employment as teachers to be alert and avoid being swindled by unscrupulous people that would want to take advantage of the recruitment process.
