Signalytics Zambia Centre for Policy and Strategic Communication has calls on the Zambia Police and the Minister responsible for TEVET institutions to immediately investigate the alleged siphoning of money through a non-existent e-learning system at the ministry of higher education under the PF regime.

Communications Director Mwala Kalaluka says the many corruption scandals the PF regime president over is the alleged siphoning of money from TEVET colleges, such as Evelyn Hone and NORTEC, to pay for services of a non-existent Online Learning Management System called Astria, that failed right from inception due to poor implementation, mostly because of how it was acquired through the Ministry of Higher Education under the PF.

Mr Kalaluka says the system has since been secretary done away with, especially the moment officers at the ministry of higher education who fraudulently benefited from this syndicate realized that the new dawn administration does not condone corruption.

He says it’s therefore important that those who were behind this learning management system are brought to book.
