United Party for National Development (UPND) Itezhi-Tezhi Member of Parliament Twaambo Mutinta believes people in constituencies can only benefit from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) when decentralization is fully actualized.
Mr Mutinta tells Q-news that this is the only way of ensuring allocated resources reach people on the grassroots.
Mr. Mutinta says the UPND administration has noted the need to increase the CDF resource envelop for 2022 and beyond as a way of funding capital projects.
He says this is a demonstration of the new dawn government’s commitment to seeing to it that decentralization is actualized.
