On the resumption of the game, the Chipolopolo continued to dominate and their pressure was rewarded when Fashion Sakala beat his marker and scored a beauty in the 67th minute before the visitors replied with a 82nd minute goal by Federico.

Tunisia who are in pole position to qualify to the next round of qualifiers lead the group with 10 points after drawing nil all with Mauritania who have only managed a point from their last 4 games.
