ZRA’s Kingsley Chanda fired

President Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect terminated the services of Zambia Revenue Authority Commissioner General, Kingsley Chanda.

President Hichilema has relieved Mr. Chanda of his duties in exercise of his powers in accordance with section 19(3) of the Zambia Revenue Authority Act, Chapter 321 of the laws of Zambia read with Article 270 of the Constitution of Zambia.

The head of state has since appointed Dingani C.Banda who was until his appointment ZRA Commissioner modernization as the new commissioner general pursuant to section 19(1) of the Zambia Revenue Authority Act chapter 321 of the laws of Zambia.

President Hichilema has since thanks Mr. Chanda for the services he rendered to the nation and wished him God’s blessings in his future endeavors.
