The Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI) has described the 2020 national budget as a growth oriented financial plan.
ZACCI president Chabuka Kawesha says the chamber is optimistic that the budget will promote industrialization in the Country.
Mr. Kawesha says they have also take note that the budget has taken into consideration fiscal discipline on the part of government.
In an interview with QTV News, Mr. Kawesha says ZACCI will heed to the call by Finance Minister Bwalya Ng’andu to work with government in implementing the budget.
He has however; acknowledged the need to take time to review the contents of the 2020 national budget.
