Ministers continued stay in office after dissolution of parley a terrible mistake- Ng’oma

Political Scientist, Alex Ng’oma says it will be a terrible mistake to allow Ministers to remain in office after the dissolution of Parliament.

The National Dialogue Forum (NDF) proposed to keep ministers in office after the dissolution of parliament.

But Dr. Ng’oma has told QTV News that Ministers are appointed on the basis of being Members of Parliament and therefore there is no need for them to remain in office.

He says there will be blatant abuse of public resources during campaigns if Ministers are allowed to remain in office.
