Failure to probe Kapata will create crisis -Changala

Civil rights activist Brebner Changala says failure to constitute a tribunal to investigate Lands Minister Jean Kapata over the degazetted Lusaka East Forest number 27 will create a crisis.

Mr Changala says the allocation of plots in forest number 27 has brought all three arms of government into question.

In an interview with QTV News, Mr. Changala has since challenged Chief Justice Irene Mambilima to exonerate herself by constituting a tribunal to clear allegations surrounding the allocation of plots in Forest Number 27.

Mr. Changala says Justice Mambilima has no choice but to constitute a tribunal especially that she has been named as one of the alleged beneficiary of the plots in the forest in question.
