Freedom Fighter Simon Zukas has expressed concern over the continued tendency by political cadres to terrorize citizens thereby creating a culture of fear to speak out on pertinent national issues affecting the nation.
Mr Zukas has noted that most of the cadres engaging in such vices are those from the ruling party.
Speaking when he addressed a Media Briefing, Mr. Zukas has accused the Police of failing to bring the cadres to book.
He has however, encouraged citizens to be courageous and not to be silenced by cadres.
And Mr Zukas has proposed the establishment of a forum that will provide an opportunity to various stakeholders to discuss the country’s economy, corruption elimination, service delivery and national building.
He believes this will help reinforce the country’s democracy and help create acorruptions free Zambia which citizens are longing for.
