Party of National Unity (PNU) president Highvie Hamududu has noted the need to change the Constitution to allow the Republican President address Parliament more than twice a year.

Mr. Hamududu wants Zambia to be in tandem with other democratic Countries where heads of states address Parliaments more than twice in a year.

He has told QTV News the Republican Constitution should also be changed in such a way that it allows Members of Parliament to ask the President questions.

Mr. Hamududu says there are issues that must be answered by the President himself when Parliament is sitting

He states that his wish therefore is that his proposals can be considered as the nation embarks on the constitution refinement process.
