Chief Ishima Sankeni the Sixth of the Lunda speaking people in Zambezi District of North-Western Province says the province will not record a good harvest owing to the challenges faced in the 2018-2019 farming season.
Chief Ishima has cited the delay in the distribution of farming inputs as one such challenge.
He says this is despite the District receiving normal rainfall during the 2018/19 farming season.
Chief Ishima has told Q-news that the delay in distributing farming inputs will result in the district recording low yields.
