Political Analyst Neo Simutanyi has charged that President Edgar Lungu has abandoned the leadership style he portrayed when he just took over the presidency from the late President Michael Sata in 2015.
In an interview with Q-news, Dr. Simutanyi has pointed out that the President in State house appears to be different from the one people voted for in 2015.
He says though the Patriotic Front has been in power for 8 years, one may think it is a different party.
Dr. Simutanyi feels there was some order under the Michael Sata administration compared to the current leadership where he says Ministers have become intolerant and arrogant.
He has particularly expressed concern with increasing levels of political intolerance under the current leadership.
Dr. Simutanyi has since recommended that a lot needs to be done in order to promote tenets of democracy in the country.
