Mr. Ngwale Says This Is So Because The Country Has Very Few Blind People Who Know How To Read And Understand Braille.
He Has Charged That The Economic Report In Braille Writing Is Only Meant To Benefit People Who Are Not Even Blind As They Will Get Some Allowances And Payments From The Printing Process.
Mr. Ngwale Has questioned How The Economic Report Will Be Rolled Out Stating That Most People Who Are Blind Like Him Know Nothing About The Report.
He Has Since Advised That Government Instead Diverts Resources To Systems That Will Enable The Blind Know About The Economy Through Translated Audio Messages In Various Local Languages.
