Govt releases 2014 CDF for Senga Hill

Government has finally released the 2014 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for Senga Hill Constituency which was withheld for being dormant.

Senga Hill Member of Parliament Kapembwa Simbao has confirmed the release of the CDF.

Mr Simbao says money was released after the constituency presented projects it intended embark on using the money.

He says now that the withheld 2014 CDF has been released and government has also released the 2017 CDF, the pressure that had been created by the lack of funds has now been alleviated.

Mr Simbao tells Q-News that there are currently a number of projects that are being implemented in Senga Hill a result of the release of the funds.
