LHMN International Airport awarded 2018 Best Airport in Africa

Livingstone’s Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport has been awarded the 2018 Best Airport in Africa in the category of 10,000 and 20,000 Air Traffic Management by the Airports Council International (ACI) Africa.

Zambia Airports Corporation Limited Communications and Brand Manager Mweembe Sikaulu says the airport was chosen as winner following an extensive evaluation process from a number of entries received by ACI Africa in the category.

Ms Sikaulu says despite facing fierce competition, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport’s infrastructure and processes were rated to be the best in Africa within its category.

She adds that the award will be presented at the prestigious ACI Africa Conference and Annual General Assembly which will take place from 14^th to 17^th October,2018 in Abidjan,Cote d’ Ivoire.
