British High Commissioner Fergus Cochrane has been challenged to state which money has been corruptly misappropriated from the financial aid the UK has given to Zambia .
Opposition Economic and Equity Party (EEP) president Chilufya Tayali wants Mr. Cochrane to explain clearly how such money was corruptly misappropriated .
Mr. Tayali has charged that failure to do so Mr. Cochrane must apologize to the Zambian people for making a false statement about their Country.
In an interview with QTV News Mr. Tayali says he is unhappy that Mr. Cochrane’s false statement has tarnished the imagine of Zambia.
Mr. Tayali states that the EEP does not however think it is right for Mr. Cochrane to have such insensate political appetite of the extent of making unfounded statements.
He says he personally cannot now afford to make conclusions on why the British envoy was once expelled from Malawi before he was deployed to Zambia
