Civil Society Constitutional Agenda (CISCA) Board Chairperson Bishop John Mambo has cautioned political parties against celebrating Britain’s decision to freeze funding programmes to Zambia amid corruption allegations in the ministry of community development and ministry of general education.

Bishop mambo has told QTV news that this is because the majority Zambians who have been depending on this fund will suffer.

He feels that everyone is to blame as no one rose to the occasion to condemn theft and misappropriation of public funds until the United Kingdom, Sweden, Ireland and Finland decided to freeze funding to Zambia.

Bishop mambo has wondered if any of the suffering freedom fighters have benefited from social security funds.
