China is strategic partner to Zambia – Banda

Development activist Canisius Banda has advised Zambians to stop making propaganda statements about Zambia being sold to China.

Mr. Banda has told Q news in an interview that there is need for Zambia and Zambians to relate with China and its people in a mutually beneficial way.

He says Zambians should therefore desist from making Xenophobic statements against the Chinese people.

Mr. Banda who is also former UPND vice president for politics, says China is a strategic partner to Zambia’s economic development.
