PF thanks voters in Kasenengwa, Zambezi and Kasempa

Patriotic Front Secretary General Davies Mwila has expressed gratitude to the people of Kasenengwa, Zambezi and Kasempa for electing its candidates to represent them.

Mr. Mwila has also congratulated its candidates for emerging victorious at the polls and appreciated members of the party and its teeming supporters for the maturity they displayed during and after the elections.

He says this is a clear demonstration that the people of Zambia fully understand that the hope opposition political parties preach about is nothing but a mirage.

Mr. Mwila says it is clear to the Zambian people that while the opposition and some of their bedfellows in the media fraternity continue to paint a gloomy picture of the country, the ruling party under President Lungu has continued to score highly.

He is of the view that this is because the Zambian people understand that the patriotic front in the 2016-2021 election manifesto did not promise a bed of roses and manna falling from heaven but they promised to develop Zambia by taking tough but inevitable decisions.

Mr. Mwila says winning two (2) out of three (3) by-elections in north-western province speaks to the part’s resolve of PF winning and possessing new territories as they seek to develop them without any hindrance from the unpatriotic opposition.
