In a walk-in interview with QTV News Mr. Ngoma says  BuyZed believes that if industries for value addition are set up in these Districts, government will be able to cut the rural-urban drift.

Mr. Ngoma says this is because people will now be leaving towns and going to the newly created Districts.

He has further urged President Lungu to woo investors  from China, where he is attending the Forum on China Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) to come and partner with locals in Zambia.
