NIPA/UNICAF sign two year service agreement

The National Institute for Public Administration (NIPA) has signed a two year service agreement with UNICAF Zambia for students and staff.

The service agreement will see UNICAF offer students completing specific academic qualifications offered by NIPA for progression to various UNICAF programmes.

Speaking during the signing of agreement UNICAF vice chancellor Professor Mpazi Sinjela said the agreement is aimed at ensuring that there is collaboration amongst higher learning education institutions in the country.

Professor Sinjela is optimistic that the agreement will result in the country having intellectual staff and students.

And NIPA Executive Director Royson Mukwena is happy that the service agreement will give a platform for the two institutions to publish local joint publications.
