YALI President Andrew Nthewewe
Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) President, Andrew Nthewewe called on the government to publish the constitution amendment bill of 2018.
Mr. Nthewewe says this will enable the public to have knowledge of the clauses that need refinement and be able to participate in the process.
He says failure by the PF government to amend the constitution now is likely to result in the opposition using the issue to decampaign the ruling Patriotic Front ahead of the 2012 general election.
Meanwhile Mr. Nthewewe has noted with concern that the opposition political parties have not been categorical on which areas of the constitution they want to be refined.
