Government’s decision to introduce a 30 Ngwee per day tariff on internet phone calls has continued to receive mixed reactions.

Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) Executive Director, Patrick Nshindano has implored government to introduce taxes that not only affect the consumers but service providers as well.

Mr. Nshindano has told Q-news that it is unfair for government to concentrate on introducing individual based taxes.

Mr. Nshindano says there is need for equity in the manner taxes are applied by government.
