Governance Activist David Kapoma says it is important that the amendment of the constitution is embarked on after politicians have resolved their political differences.
Mr. Kapoma says it is pointless to embark on the constitution review process when politicians still hold grudges against each other.
He says it is important that political players have sober minds when they are sitting to review the constitution, and antagonist towards each other.
Mr. Kapoma tells QTV News that President Edgar Lungu therefore did well to direct the suspension of the constitution review process until after the dialogue meeting.
