PF cadres who intercepted a truck carrying Mukula logs have pleaded not guilty

Four Patriotic FRONT CADRES who intercepted a convoy of trucks carrying Mukula logs have pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated robbery in the Lusaka High Court.

In this matter, Venny Musonda,Augustine Mukuka,Robson Chipili and Fanny Zimba are charged with theft of property belonging to ZAFFICO.

Particulars of the matter are that on December 29,2017, the accused jointly and whilst acting together did steal K17,000,US$1,300 and a phone altogether valued at K36,000.

The matter has since been adjourned to 10^th May for commencement of trial.
