ZRA holds E-Filling workshop for tax payers

The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has expressed concern with the low tax compliance levels among tax payers in the country.

ZRA Corporate and Communications Manager Topsy Sikalinda has told QTV News on the sidelines of the E-Filling Free Training in Lusaka, Mr. Sikalinda says one of the challenges the authority is facing is that customers are not able to interact with system.

Mr. Sikalinda says this is the main reason why the authority has organized the workshop to help tax payers to familiarize and know the system.

Mr. Sikalinda says the only way to increase the compliance levels is to train people how to use the system.
