Nevers trespassing case: judgment adjourned

The case in which MMD faction president Nevers Mumba is charged with trespassing after he stormed the ZNBC newsroom to protest over a news story after the 11th August,2016 elections has been adjourned for a fifth time.

The matter which was supposed to come up for judgment before Magistrate David Simusamba has been adjourned to 28th March,2018.

And Dr Mumba who addressed his supporters and sympathizers after the adjournment expressed disappointment over the continued adjournment of the ruling in the matter.

He has however, urged his supporters to remain calm, united and keep praying for equal justice for all Zambians.

Dr Mumba was flanked by UPND vice president Geoffrey Mwamba and some members of his National Executive Committee.
