Justine chabalaThe Bus and Taxi Owners Association of Zambia has called on government to seriously consider addressing the issue of pirate taxis in the country following the spate of killings that have rocked some parts of the country.

Association Chairperson Justine Chabala says it is difficult for people to refrain from boarding pirate taxis; therefore it is incumbent upon government to address the issue of pirate taxis so people’s lives are protected.
