United Party for National Development (UPND) Sinazongwe Member of Parliament Gift Sialubalo has described the 2017/2018 farmer input distribution exercise through the e-voucher system as a national disaster.

And Mr. Sialubalo says the convention method of distributing farming inputs to farmers was more ideal for farmers in his constituency which is rural compared to the electronic voucher system.

Mr. Sialubalo explains that this because 85 percent of people in Sinazongwe are not connected to the national electricity grid.
