President Lungu scores ‘excellent’ in issuing threats – Chanda

United Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) President Charles Chanda says President Edgar Lungu is good at issuing warnings to ministers and top officials but reluctant to take necessary action.

Mr. Chanda says the Head of State has scored excellent in terms of warning his erring ministers but fails to take the required action.

He says it is very clear that President Lungu has been shielding most of his ministers even when they underperform.

Mr. Chanda tells QTV News that there are a lot of top officials cited in the Auditor General’s report, who are also found wanting by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) but that they are shielded by the Head of State.
