President Edgar Lungu
President Edgar Lungu has called on all politicians in the country to work together for the common goal of developing the nation.
The Head of State said this when he addressed Mufulira residents on the copperbelt.
President Lungu says there is need to practice what he has termed as ‘politics of development’ as opposed to preaching hatred in the country.
Earlier President inspected the newly constructed Staff houses that have been constructed at Mukambo boarder post in Mufulira district.
And speaking after the inspection, President Lungu revealed that the Ministry of Home Affairs had been promised that 12, 000 plus houses would be built for their workers.
He has promised that police stations and houses would be improved.
And the Head of State had a word of encouragement for the workers saying those that work hard will be promoted.
President Lungu is on the Copperbelt on a 3 day working visit.
