Police in Ndola have recorded a ‘warn and caution statement’ from National Democratic Congress (NDC) Consultant Chishimba Kambwili.

This was after the police summoned the Roan Member of Parliament with four others for proposing violence.

The charge slapped on Mr. Kambwili and four miners is based on a secret recording passed on to police.

The NDC consultant was accompanied to police by his Lawyer Christopher Mundia.

Mr. Kambwili and his four accused who include National Union of Miners And Allied Workers (NUMAW) vice President Adam Zulu have all denied the charge.

And Mr. Kambwili says he will not stop speaking out on the injustice that Zambians and miners in general are passing through.

Addressing NDC members in Ndola, Mr. Kambwili said the people of Zambia will teach PF a lesson in 2021 through the ballot.

Meanwhile, NDC Chairman for Defence and Security Menyani Zulu has disclosed that NDC has reported four Cabinet Ministers and opposition political leaders to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for alleged abuse of office and public funds.

The senior Government officials who have been reported include, Health Minister Dr. Chitalu Chilufya and his infrastructure counterpart Ronald Chitotela, Community Development Minister Emerine Kabanshi and Luapula province Minister Nixon Chilangwa.

In a statement made available to Q-news Mr. Zulu says the quartet are alleged to have abused public funds , used Government vehicles and Zambia Air force ZAF planes during their recent political campaign trail to Luapula province.
